candidates, are required to pass the Business Management and Law for
contractors examination and the technical of the specific license
subcategory that they are applying for. If a candidate has
passed the Business
& Management exam
for the Residential Builders exam they will NOT
need to take this
Business and Management Law for Commercial contractors
exam.
